Paul brings enterprise data, analytics, and operating-system experience across real estate private equity, professional services, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled execution. His work focuses on turning fragmented systems into governed workflows, trusted data layers, and decision surfaces operators can actually use.

Richard de Oliveira
Richard brings two decades of credit risk and analytics leadership across private credit and consumer lending, running origination, policy, scorecards, and portfolio reporting at scale. He turns lending policy into systems operators can run: clear states, documented rules, and decisions tied back to the data behind them. His focus at Novendor is making sure AI adoption stays grounded in real workflows, clear ownership, and measurable business value.
